Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day 08:00–21:00. If you want a specific time or doctor, book online or by WhatsApp.
Are you open at weekends and on holidays?
We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00. On public holidays please check the clinic’s Facebook page for notices.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
For blood sugar and cholesterol, fast for 8–10 hours (water is fine). Most other tests need no fasting — ask us before you come.
When will I get my blood test results?
Most results are ready the same day. Some tests are sent to an outside lab and take a few days — staff will tell you.
When is the best time for a 4D-5D scan?
Your baby’s face shows best at about 26–32 weeks. The doctor will advise the right time for your pregnancy.
How do I prepare for an abdominal ultrasound?
For the upper abdomen, do not eat for about 6 hours. For the lower abdomen or uterus, drink water until your bladder feels full.
How can I pay?
Cash and bank transfer. You always get a receipt.
Do you accept health insurance?
We work with some insurers. Send us your insurer and plan on WhatsApp so we can check before you come.
Can I bring my child?
Yes. We examine and treat children and give childhood vaccines. Please bring the vaccination book.
